He encourages you to go read it in his latest commercial. It’s interesting. And, it’s a plan. I just finished reading it. Something that isn’t mentioned is how he intends to pay for a lot of these programs, but my guess would be that he wants to use money that we’re spending on our military ventures right now, since he favors speedy withdrawal.
